it's so difficult to forget...

when all you can do is remember...

travelling for work...

can be a real pain sometimes...

but with the right company it can be pleasant, even fun...





and in the absence of the right company, having a nice hotel room helps...

it's not over til the fat lady sings...

lately, i've been having to remind myself that this is a marathon and not a sprint... and that the war is far from over even though we may have lost some battles...

the one

so much time and so many words have been devoted by so many people to the concept of "the one"...

why one? it doesn't seem like monogamy is something coded into our consciousness... in fact it's a relatively young concept which has been placed on a pedestal, it has become a paragon that all should aspire towards... it is good, no wait, it is more than good, it is the best, the one (concept we should embrace)... the way most people posit about it, it almost sounds like it can even cure dandruff, prevent hairloss and raise the dead...

but is it?
